    FOURTH IN THE 2009 SERIES IN RECOGNITION OF THE BICENTENNIAL OF LINCOLN'S BIRTH AND 100 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST ISSUANCE OF THE  "LINCOLN PENNY".
    One coin taken from US Mint Roll and handled with cotton gloves.  The penny is raw graded by us in the HIGH MS numbers.   The penny is the fourth of the 2009 release and depicts the Capital as it looked then and honors his presidency dating 1861 to 1865.  This is a great way to upgrade single set collections or put together a very affordable Lincoln  "type set".
