TERMS:
We
will need to get a shipping quote from the freight company!!!
Complete
shipping address including business name, suite if necessary

You
must specify if the address is commercial or residential.
Most
equipment will be shipped out on a pallet with packaging and strapped.
We
ship out within 3-5 business days of confirmed funds.
Payment:
We expect payment within 72 hours of the purchase through eBay.
Freight OR UPS Ground:
We do not ship out to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We do not ship to Military bases.
If you need to expedite or rush your freight you will need to pay the difference between the flat shipping to your special request.
The driver will not deliver the equipment inside your premises or install it. This is your responsibility to unload the item from the truck.

Inspections:
Receiver MUST INSPECT THE SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING IT!
When you receive the item and sign for it, you own it. Therefore, it is imperative that you carefully inspect your shipment for any damage.
If there is any damage at all you must note the damage to the freight bill. This is the only way you will be compensated for the damage!
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Per eBay policy, you have within 14 days to contact us about a return. If you are not happy with your purchase and we are unable to make things right, then we will accept a return under these specific conditions. If returns are necessary, buyer will be required to pay all return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee on returns other than Item not as Described.
The buyer can refuse to accept the shipment, if they believe the item is "NOT AS DESCRIBED" or damaged in shipping. We cannot accept returns after the item is accepted, taken off the pallet or installed.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received back, in the same condition, with no damage incurred while the buyer has possession, including accidents or improper installation.
