    jacket tagged as a size 12, measures much smaller, the jacket is ample but has narrow shoulders, measurements as follows;
    jacket, shoulder 16" bust 42", waist 44" hip 44", front slit pockets
    top, 34" bust, 26" waist
    skirt, waist 22" length 18",
    the skirt has metal zipper and single button closure
