VTG Set/Outfit/Suit BLUE AZTEC PRINT w/FRINGE Massive BELL BOTTOMS PANTS & TOP M

WAISTBAND OF PANTS IS WEARABLE AS IS.  I SUSPECT IT HAS BEEN WORN LIKE THIS MANY TIMES......HOWEVER, IT IS AWFUL.  Looks like an alteration gone bad!  Maybe if my 14 year old son attempted an alteration, it may look like this.  If these had not been the most gorgeous and widest bells we've ever had in, I would have sent this directly to donation.  The button and button hole is gone, and you would have to add some fabric to change that.  The entire seam of waistband is spotty in a few small places, and held together in those spots with tiny safety pins.  All that said, I would assume if you're handy with that sort of thing, it would not be too much of a challenge.
As to the normal minor imperfections.....there are two tiny marks that I've found on the back of the pants.  Other than the flaws mentioned, set is in great condition.  AND OH MY GOODNESS........Can I just say......we all swooned over these pants.  The bells are HUGE!!  Soft double knit polyester fabric, with soft yarn fringe.
Top measures:  bust 36, waist 35, hips 39, length 24-27".  Pants measure:  waist 29, hips 47, rise 14.5, inseam 29.  Flat bell width is 29.5". (NOTICE that is the flat width).
